Next we turn the measure into a clear design and a written, itemised quote. Materials, door styles, compliant benchtops, hardware and a realistic timeline are all set out plainly, with honest advice on trade-offs, such as laminate versus natural stone, or where two-pac is worth it. Because engineered stone is banned, you will only ever see legal, safe benchtop options. Nothing is ordered or built until you are happy and the quote is signed off.

Is moisture-resistant board actually waterproof?

No, and we will never tell you it is. Floor-standing units with a full kickboard hide uneven floors and give more storage, which often suits older Banora Point and Tweed Heads South bathrooms. How long does a custom bathroom vanity take?

From an approved quote, a single vanity is usually two to four weeks through the workshop, depending on the benchtop and how busy we are. Natural stone and porcelain tops add time because they are fabricated by a licensed stonemason after we template the cabinetry. Install itself is generally a day.
